At Tivimate IPTV, we want you to feel confident before spending a cent. This Refund Policy explains exactly what you can expect — before and after you subscribe.
1. Free Trial
We offer a free 7-day trial — no credit card required. You'll get full access to all channels and features included in your chosen plan. The trial expires automatically after 7 days; you won't be charged unless you choose to subscribe.
To start your free trial, visit our Free Trial page. We strongly encourage you to test the service during the trial before activating a paid plan.
2. Refund Policy After Activation
Because we offer a full 7-day trial at no cost, we don't issue refunds once a paid plan has been activated. By subscribing, you confirm you've tested the service and are happy to proceed.
- All sales are final upon activation of a paid subscription.
- This applies to monthly, quarterly, and annual plans alike.
- If you're unsure, use the free trial — that's exactly what it's there for.
3. Technical Issues — Contact Us First
If you're seeing buffering, missing channels, or connection problems, please reach our support team before cancelling. Most issues get fixed within minutes. We're available around the clock via WhatsApp — don't give up before we've had a chance to help.

Include your registered email and a description of the problem. We'll get back to you within a few hours — usually much faster.
5. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges aren't refundable. To avoid an unwanted charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Contact support if you need a hand with that.
6. Exceptions
Refunds won't apply in the following situations:
- A paid plan has already been activated (see Section 2 above).
- The account has been suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions — for example, sharing credentials or attempting to stream from a restricted region.
- A chargeback has been filed with your bank — please come to us directly instead, and we'll sort it out.
7. Changes to This Policy
We can update this policy at any time. Changes take effect from the date we publish them. If you subscribed before a change, the terms that applied at your purchase date are the ones that count for your existing subscription.
